Been going to Johnny’s for years And wanted to try Gyro Concept because I heard mixed reviews . Harry went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed And invited us to ask questions . Anyone knows me , I ask a lot of questions . He offered us samples and even gave us dessert on him . Exceptional service. I had a protein bowl And my wife had a gyro . Food was good and hot . But the customer service was exactly how a business should be . Very happy with my experience and wish them much success . Proverbs 16:3 ☝🏼🙏🏼

Hidden gem in Bethlehem, My first time here today, previously visited when it was Johnny's Gyros. New ownership definitely cleaned up and cozied up the restaurant. Food quality excellent! Delicious, authentic Greek recipes. It's rare to find authentic Greek food not being Americanized in the area.. gyro's were excellent, some places have really heavy gyro flavor that is overkill, these ones here prepared perfectly, fresh meat fresh lettuce tomatoes onions and excellent tzatziki sauce. Also spicy feta spread is excellent, a must try. The staff was friendly as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile.

Love the Mediterranean salad and the chicken gyro platter was fulfilling too. Service was timely and area was clean. Adequate parking at the back.

Gryo Concept was such a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and inviting, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. The staff truly stood out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. You could tell they cared about both the food and the people they were serving. We ordered the Greek Nachos, which were a fun and creative twist on a classic favorite and packed with flavor. We also tried the Famous Gryo Bowl and the new Gryo Burger. Each dish was impressive in its own way, beautifully prepared, and full of fresh, bold flavors. The sauces—tzatziki, Gryo Concept sauce, and spicy feta—were all outstanding. Each one tasted fresh, well-balanced, and clearly made in-house, adding an extra layer of flavor that really elevated the meal. The Gryo Burger was especially memorable, offering a unique and delicious take on a traditional gyro. I tried the French Fry Bowl at Gyro Concept and it did not disappoint! The fries were perfectly crispy, the seasoning was on point, and the toppings made every bite flavorful and satisfying. It’s a fun and indulgent twist on classic fries, and the portion size was generous. Definitely a must-try if you’re craving something hearty and delicious. I’ll be coming back to try more!
